Rob de Laat

Already 30 years active in the flex industry and founder of Flex Group Nederland that was sold in 2006 to DPA and Staffing Management Services that was sold to the HeadFirst Source group in 2018. Over the past 4 years, he has been chairman of BOVIP, the Stakeholder Organisation for Independent Hiring Agents. He knows the market and political developments like no other and has been actively involved as an advisor to Sportverloning.nl since 2019.

Leone Bource

She has 30 years of experience as a tax specialist and has worked for all major consultancy firms. With this experience he founded her own firm in 2010. He specialises in all tax aspects relating to payroll taxes and social security. He is also the author of several tax books and regularly writes articles on the aforementioned subjects. Leone has been involved with Sportverloning.nl since 2015 and is able to translate the developments in the market and the challenges we face as a labour market into pragmatic solutions. Solutions in which we as Sportverloning.nl translate the wishes of the freelancer and society. He has been active in the Advisory Board since 2019.

Guido van Woerkom

Former Director of the ANWB and chairman of Detailhandel Nederland. Now known among as chairman of the Supervisory Board of GGZ Rivierduinen and Ymere (social rental housing), member of the board of the Volkswagen Car Claim Foundation and member of the Social Economic Council. Guido van Woekom is a member of the Advisory Board at Sportverloning.nl since October 2019, where he is uniquely able to unite the interests of freelancers, stakeholders and clients.
