Transparent and honest
As client and contractor, you are jointly responsible for entering into the right employment relationship. To support this, we have developed a web module that helps determine the right contract form. Completing the Wet DBA check is mandatory for every contractor. In addition, we pay the contractors: this means that all legal payments are always made in advance to prevent surprises and risks. Naturally, we also always have a current statement of payment behavior. This way, you as a client can be sure that everything is well arranged and that your contractors are well insured.
Model agreement
At Sportverloning.nl, we think it is important to lay down agreements properly. In your account you can easily create and sign our standard model. Of course, you can also work with your own agreement, which you can add online. Our model agreement is based on the approved “No authority” model agreement of the Dutch Tax Authority.
Completely carefree
Sportverloning.nl takes care of the administration for contractors and adds value such as offering insurance, training, and the possibility of pension accrual and reserves; but is not involved in the terms and conditions the contractor agrees with their client. After payment of the invoice, we will pay the contractor net after deduction of all compulsory taxes. With Sportverloning.nl, you can truly reward people in a fair and transparent way, without the risks involved of hiring self-employed persons.
Everything well arranged
At Sportverloning.nl we offer a tax exemption where we take responsibility for any additional assessments, premiums and fines, as long as the conditions are met, such as a correct DBA check and a clear agreement. The costs depend on the risk assessment: 2% for clear independence and 4% for independence with risk factors. Employment cannot of course be covered, because that is not what our service is for. In addition, the contractor confirms by means of a civil exemption that he works as an independent contractor, takes responsibility for insurance and indemnifies you as the client from civil obligations. With these exemptions we create a carefree and completely transparent collaboration.
